All artists, helpers, vendors and attendees are required to wear a wristband at all times.
No wristband=no entry. Never share wristbands with anyone; this will be cause for expulsion. Artists must wear or have on their person the vendor wristband when entering or exiting the event.

If you have an artist in mind you will need to contact them directly via email or their social media. We have provided Instagram links on the Attending Artists pages
Each artist sets their own rate, so we suggest that if you have a particular artist in mind that you contact then not discuss deposits and rates.
Although several artists do book ahead of time, many will also be taking walk-ups.
You must be 18 with a valid ID to get tattooed in Oregon
The legal age to be pierced with legal guardianship in Oregon is 13. The guardian of the minor must be present and have a valid ID and the minor's birth certificate must be provided. Any adult 18 or older must have a valid ID to be pierced as well
