Mark Wade

Mark will talk in depth about white ink and subtleties in tattooing and how to think about making them last down the line, how to get the best results and play with a color that we’ve so frequently been told to just stay away from.

Autumn Hudson

“Directing the consultation” (making sure you get to tattoo something you want to do, and getting the right info from your client that allows you more freedom, while making them feel more connected and a part of the process)

“Giving your art emotion”

(This will have subject matter choices, layout, designing for the body, and some technical aspects of creating wet textures, as well as how to make people feel something when they look at the art… etc.)

“Staying in love with your career”

(How to avoid getting burnt out on making art, making sure you are having fun and being creative, so it never feels like a job… this will hopefully also include some time where we can take a boring/normal tattoo idea that we have all heard too many times and as a group brainstorm and create a tattoo design that is fun, unique, full of emotion.)
